Dormer loft conversions are usually built on the slope of the roof and are perfect for houses with small amounts of headroom in the loft. Dormer loft conversion gives a sizable amount of head height and sufficient space for a bathroom or bedroom in most lofts. This loft conversion does not normally require a planning permit.

HIP TO GABLE LOFT CONVERSIONS

Hip-to-Gable loft conversion is ideal for making use of an unoccupied space. This conversion provides enough space by extending the ridge to meet the external wall.

VELUX LOFT CONVERSIONS

If you have a sizeable amount of headroom a velux loft conversion is ideal.  If your property may have planning constraints this type of loft conversion will not normally require planning permits. A non-disruptive conversion that requires little dismantling of the roof. Windows are added to the property and the roof is mainly untouched.
